ARTICLE VII
FLIGHT COMBINATIONS

Section 1. – SEAIR may offer two or more flight sectors for sale in the same reservation from specific destinations, which may change from time to time. 

Section 2. – All passengers traveling on an itinerary of more than one sector must clear customs and immigration, where applicable and have reclaimed Checked Baggage before checking in for their onward flight.  A minimum of two hours must be allowed in order to complete such arrival and check-in formalities.  Passengers are not allowed to stopover for more than 24 hours.

Section 3. – Subject to the provisions of these Conditions and any applicable laws, rules and regulations, SEAIR shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss incurred by a passenger as a result of a change to the schedule resulting in the passenger not being able to complete his journey.  Best efforts will be made to offer a seat on the next available flight for the affected sector.
