TICKETS

Section 1. – Ticket as Prima Facie Evidence of Contract.  The Ticket is prima facie evidence of the contract of carriage between SEAIR and the passenger named on the ticket.  The Conditions and notices contained in the ticket are summary of some the provisions of these Conditions. 

Section 2. - Purchase of the ticket does not guarantee carriage by SEAIR.  The ticket is and remains at all times the property of SEAIR. 

Section 3. – Transferability.  A ticket is not transferable except as provided for in these Conditions and other SEAIR Regulations and tariffs.  If a ticket is presented for carriage by someone other than the passenger named in the ticket, SEAIR will not be liable to the passenger named in the ticket if in good faith SEAIR provides carriage to the person presenting the ticket.
