ARTICLE XIX
CHOICE OF LAW
AND JURISDICTION

Section 1. – Unless otherwise provided by the Warsaw Convention or any applicable law, government regulations, orders or requirements:

A. These Conditions and any carriage which SEAIR agree to provide the passenger or his baggage shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines;
B.  Any dispute between the passenger and SEAIR concerning or arising out such carriage in any way whatsoever shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Philippines.

Section 2.– Any person who is not a party to these Conditions shall not have any right to enforce any terms of these Conditions.
