ARTICLE VIII

FARE RESTRICTIONS

• This fare is non-refundable and non-transferable. Customers who do not check-in for their booked flight at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure, will forfeit their entire fare paid.

• Reservations made with this fare may be changed at the request of the passenger up to 48 hours prior to scheduled departure for a fee per person, per segment plus any applicable difference in airfare.  If a change results in overpayment, the remaining balance will become a credit with SEAIR and may be applied toward future travel within a year from the original booking date. 

• Reservation changes may be made by calling SEAIR Reservations or any SEAIR Ticket Counter at an airport but must be completed at least 48 hours before the original scheduled departure.  Customers who do not complete changes to their bookings within the time required will forfeit their entire fare paid.

• A Rebooking fee (from PHP 112 to PHP 560 maximum or its equivalent in the currency of Booking) is to each passenger, per segment, for reservation changes made less than 48 hours before original departure date.

• This fare is capacity controlled.  Seats offered at this fare are limited and may not be available on all flights.

• You must rebook to an available flight.

• Credit Card charges are computed based on the gross value of all transactions. The following rates apply (exclusive of VAT and 1% service charge fee):
