ARTICLE V
RIGHTS OF SEAIR TO CHANGE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT
Section 1. – SEAIR reserves the right to change or modify any of the Contract of Carriage with or without notice to the passenger. No agent, employee or representative of SEAIR has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of the Contract of Carriage unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of SEAIR.
