ARTICLE II

LIMITS OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH

Section 1. – Passengers on a journey involving an ultimate destination or a stop in a country other than the country of departure are advised that a treaty known as the Warsaw Convention may apply to the entire journey, including any portion thereof entirely with a country. For such passengers, the Warsaw Convention, including special contracts of carriage embodied in applicable tariffs, govern the liability of the carrier for death of or injury to passengers and loss of or damage to baggage. The names of the carriers that are party to such special contacts are available at all ticket offices of such carriers and may be examined upon request.

Section 2. – SEAIR’s liability for any accident, injury, or death is governed by applicable laws.
