Most of the people i know are recommending the place not only to surf but also to discover other wonders that the place has to offer. Good thing Seair now flies to Baler i couldnt imagine myself hiking Sierra Madre just to get there. Baler this summer! I have surfed La union, Camarines Norte, Zambales and almost all surfers i have talked to was insisting for me to surf Baler too. But I never expected to be addicted to it. I want to surf not because of bragging rights or whatever, but because I love the ocean and the environment and I think surfing is a very natural sport with only the board and myself and the waves. I want to promote surfing so people can enjoy the beauty of our world and hopefully move towards conserving it. I think Baler, in Aurora Quezon is a good surfing area to learn this skill and also because it's such a beautiful place to get inspired. Surfing isn't just about the sport or the lifestyle, it's about going back to your roots: that we are all a part of this world. I’ve always wanted to try surfing just because I’m such a water baby.
