SEAIR, the Philippine’s premiere leisure airline, increases flights to Batanes for its spring season. The flights to Batanes will be twice daily from March 1 to May 31, 2010.

At this time Batanes experiences sunny weather and cool temperature of as low as 17 degrees Celcius.
