Boracay - Where to Eat

Where to Eat: Boracay Restaurants and Bars
One never goes hungry in Boracay island. The numerous Boracay restaurants and bars peppered all over the island ensure that everyone’s appetite is sated—even those with discerning palates. Here are just a few examples of Boracay bars and restaurants you can visit:
Gasthof Boracay Restaurant
A beachfront restaurant just right at the entrance of D’Mall, Gasthof takes pride in its Baby Back Ribs which are marinated to perfection, the meat so tender yet so juicy that it slides off the bone. If you want something with a little kick, Gasthof’s Bicol-inspired Chili Crab is a must-try too. The mouth-watering dish is served floating in coconut milk, a perfect sauce for the crab. Gasthof is actually the German word for guesthouse but the restaurant offers not just authentic German dishes, but also a wide variety of Filipino, European and continental food. Expect the entrees to be medium-priced. The meals are also served in huge portions and are ideal for sharing.
Zuzuni Restaurant
A fine dining restaurant located at the ground floor of the Zuzuni Boracay boutique hotel and resort., it offers authentic Greek dishes. It is located ideally at the beachfront and has cozy interiors. Zuzuni is a Greek word which means “cute little bug”, a term of endearment; maybe one of the reasons why it is a nice place for honeymooners. Vacationers attest that Zuzuni is more than just Greek; it is also apparently Mediterranean because of some dishes in the menu.
Jammer’s
If you’re craving burgers and hotdogs while you’re in the white-sand island of Boracay, be sure to check out Jammers. It operates 24 hours, so late-night dining is not a problem. The owner of the establishment is from New York and has proclaimed that his restaurant offers the best burgers in the island. Prices are also very reasonable. Jammer’s large double burger costs only P155.
Regency Food Plaza
Regency Food Plaza is the in-house food joint of the Boracay Regency Hotel Resort. Though it prioritizes hotel guests, Regency Food Plaza is open to all. Here you will find anything and everything you crave--Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Filipino and Asian.
Hawaiian Bar-B-Que
This popular Boracay restaurant is found in a beachfront site near Boat Station 1. From the name itself, the specialty of the house is BBQ! They offer different flavors of Baby Back Ribs. There’s Waikiki Honey Mustard, Lualla Ribs infused with garlic sauce, Hawaiian, and Beef Ribs. Don’t forget the true-to-its-name dish, Barbeque Platter which comes with a little…errr…should I say good portion of everything. Don’t be blinded by the sumptuous dishes, price tags are reasonable.
